Claims Co‑Ordinator
Department: Claims Management | Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time | Location: Home, United Kingdom
Description: To undertake the setting up of new claims, coordinate appointments for field staff nationwide, and perform administrative tasks. Assist with obtaining supplier reports and payments. Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with client requirements and the policies and procedures of the Davies Group.
Responsibilities
- Set up new claims on the claims system
- Act as first point of contact to policyholders on behalf of our clients
- Arrange and book appointments for field staff within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Coordinate visits and appointments to ensure best use of resources and cost efficiency
- Maintain documentation (e.g., spreadsheets) to ensure client compliance
- Maintain sound knowledge of Client SLA
- Assist the field team in completing reports, tasks and handling calls as necessary
- Refer work to the field team throughout the day, ensure correct priorities are communicated and targets are met daily
- Maintain claims on relevant IT systems to a high standard
- Complete work to the required standard and promote the principle of Treating Customers Fairly
- Adhere to Davies systems and procedures; undertake additional tasks as reasonably assigned
- Respond to requests and tasks set by the Team Leader or Head of Subsidence and Surveying

- Desire to work towards CILA qualification
