New Vacancy - Claims Adjuster - PI & FI

I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their growing London Market Claims team.

This is a new role due to growth, and my client is looking for someone who has experience dealing with PI & FI Claims from the London Market. This role will be handling your own caseload of Claims on a global basis, including the US, Canada, Australia, UK and more. My client is looking for someone with 2-4+ years experience in this space, who is competent using ECF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal portfolio of claims and handle all related day-to-day tasks within the assigned caseload.
  • Assess coverage, liability, and damages information to determine the insured's and the company's exposure.
  • Oversee and closely monitor work assigned to experts and defense counsel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong, long-term relationships with insureds, brokers, and other partners.
  • Communicate coverage decisions clearly and effectively to insureds.
  • Establish and maintain reserves within authorized limits.
  • Prepare reports for reinsurers and other insurance partners.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to business leaders on claims and underwriting matters.
  • Participate in mediations and trials as required.
