You will be trusted to take ownership of drawing quality, accuracy and detail, while guiding and mentoring junior staff. You will also play a key role in developing smarter processes, driving BIM adoption and ensuring every package we deliver meets the highest technical standards.

What You Will Do

• Produce high-quality, fully co-ordinated design packages
• Manage document control for drawings on your projects
• Mentor CAD technicians and support their development
• Champion BIM and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery

About You

• HNC/HND Civil Engineering, accredited with ICE/EngTech TMICE or TIStructE
• Skilled in Autodesk REVIT
• Experience in RC Detailing
• Confident in producing 2D and 3D C&S deliverables from concept to detailed design
• Strong knowledge of steel, timber, concrete, site-wide infrastructure and earthworks
• Eligible for security clearance and airside pass applications
• Full UK driving licence
