Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Site Agent to manage civil engineering projects in West Yorkshire. The right candidate will oversee project setup, manage site documentation, work with stakeholders, and ensure cost control. Candidates should have substantial experience in civil engineering or highways projects and necessary certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. Salary for this role can reach up to £60,000, plus additional benefits including a company vehicle and medical care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven experience at Site Manager / Site Agent level with a principal contractor.
• Site Engineer background is advantageous.
• Must hold: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Full Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage project at all setup & site stages.
• Writing & updating site documentation.
• Coordination of site team: General Foremen & Site Engineers.

Skills

Proven experience at Site Manager level

Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts

Cost control

HNC/HND or Degree in relevant field
