A well-established firm in Bridport is seeking a seasoned litigator to join their growing team. This is a full-time role offering hybrid flexibility and a strong salary package. You will be handling a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on:

  • Contested Probate - extensive experience required
  • Property Litigation - including landlord/tenant and ownership disputes
  • Boundary Disputes - rural and residential

Additional litigation experience is welcomed and can be tailored to your strengths.

About you
  • 5+ years' PQE (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
  • Proven track record in contested probate and property litigation
  • Strong client-handling skills and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
