Overview

Civil Litigation Lawyer NQ - 5 – Dorset

An excellent opportunity for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established multi-office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Dorset market.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse range of Civil Litigation matters with a strong focus on Personal Injury cases.
  • Be supported by experienced Solicitors but capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of client service, and meet billing and time recording targets.
  • Familiarity with Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate would be a significant advantage.
  • Contribute as part of a busy team and align with firm expectations around career progression and development.
  • Openness to working from any Dorset office, as the firm has multiple locations.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in managing Personal Injury claims with a broader understanding of other civil litigation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to high standards of client service and professional integrity.
  • Familiarity with Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate would be advantageous.
