• Proficient in civil engineering design and management.
• Able to manage and assess external designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop the engineering process from viability to construction.
• Manage consultants for civil and structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and regulations.

Skills

Extensive experience in engineering issues

IT/Computer literate

Proficiency in AutoCad

Understanding of technical and regulatory requirements

Ability to interpret geotechnical and environmental reports

Education

Degree in civil engineering or equivalent
