The Role and About You

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing guidance, information, and assistance with luggage and journey enquiries. You will help passengers navigate train times, ticketing information, and ensure their journeys are as smooth as possible.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll enjoy:

  • Engaging directly with passengers in a lively, high‑traffic station environment
  • Learning new skills and gaining valuable experience for future roles in the transport sector
  • Working shifts across early mornings and evenings, averaging 35 hours per week, with a roster provided
