Job description

Overview

Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring the product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance. Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill. Operate and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment. Ensure good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift. Part of an effective hand over between shifts, remaining within the chill until a relief takes over. Complete all documentation, ensuring they are up to date and available. Operate trolley wash and ensure adequate trolley supply to fillers. Lead by example encouraging appropriate behavioural safety and technical standards in support of company values and culture. Able to carry out tasks requested by both coordinators and team leaders.

Please note this role requires you to work within a chilled environment however all PPE including Hi-Vis coat is provided.

Enhanced overtime rates such as double pay for bank holidays and 1.5 x basic salary for overtime. Weekly paid with planned transition to monthly pay over the course of 2025/2026.
