  • If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification), we will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way.
Overview

You’ll start life as a Residential Support Worker (RSW) by joining our Care Academy – a four‑week off‑the‑job training programme with experienced W&G professionals. You will feel confident and ready to support our young people.
