A leading special education and care provider in England is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support children with special educational needs. You will help ensure young people are ready for school, assist with homework, and provide engaging activities in a supportive environment. The position offers a base salary of £29,034 – £35,400 plus bonuses for sleep-ins and attendance. You’ll start life as a Residential Support Worker (RSW) by joining our Care Academy – a four‑week off‑the‑job training programme with experienced W&G professionals. You will feel confident and ready to support our young people.
