A leading recruitment agency is seeking a SEN Residential Support Worker for their complex needs homes in Leyland. You will support young people by providing high-quality care, implementing personalized care plans, and ensuring engagement in activities that promote independence and social skills development. This role requires empathy, patience, and resilience. Various shift patterns, including waking nights, are available, along with excellent pay and benefits.

Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the daily lives of young people in our complex needs homes. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, implementing personalised care plans, and ensuring that the young people are supported to engage in activities that help develop their independence, social skills, and overall well being.
Our homes cater to a wide range of cultural backgrounds, and we create care plans that are unique to each individual, ensuring their specific needs are met. Some of our young people may present with anger management issues, absconding behaviours, and criminal behaviours, so your role will require a calm, patient, and proactive approach. You will also work closely with our educational team at Vetro, helping ensure the young people\'s education and personal development are supported.
