Support Workers Needed for Teaching Assistant opportunities within a SEND School based in South West London

  • Location: Morden/Merton, South West London
  • Full-time & Long-term roles available
  • 8.30am-3.45pm
  • Primary & Secondary Year groups available
  • Supporting students with a mixture of SEND

Are you someone who thrives on helping others? Do you have experience supporting young people whether through care work, youth mentoring, family support, or a school-based setting?

Anzuk Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded special needs setting in Merton that caters for children and young people with a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities. We re on the lookout for compassionate, resilient individuals to join their team as Teaching Assistants.

About the Role:
You ll be supporting students with complex needs both in and outside of the classroom. This includes assisting with learning, communication, behaviour, and personal care routines (toileting, feeding, and hygiene support where needed) - Training will be provided!

This role would suit people from the following backgrounds:

  • Healthcare, youth or community work
  • SEND or mainstream school experience
  • Care or support work (children or adults)
  • Psychology, health & social care, or education graduates
  • Family carers or individuals with lived experience of additional needs

Key Details:

  • Full-time hours (term-time only)
  • Training provided
