A healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Department Manager for the Children's Outpatient Department. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing care, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. NHS experience and a Registered Children's Nurse qualification are essential. This is a full-time fixed-term position with competitive pay between £47,810 and £54,710.
Harrogate Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join the Children's Outpatient Department as Department manager.
The successful candidate will provide high quality, evidence based nursing care in a clinic setting and facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the service. The post holder will have a continuing responsibility for the needs of the department, as well as development, implementation and evaluation of care pathways. Oversee the coordination of the nursing and support team, and staffing according to clinic activity and patient flow through the Outpatient department and across all areas.
