A leading children's care service provider in Sheffield is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to provide essential childcare and support for young people. Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep night). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance.
Pay rate: £30,477.00 - £31,100.00 per annum, based on £12.60 to £12.90 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night

What we are looking for: We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes. Our 3 bedded home offers a homely setting for up to two people who need therapeutic placements. Our teams support their young people with all of their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.
