Children\'s Residential Support Worker

Reporting To: Home Manager

Compensation: £31,917 - £32,540 / year

Overview

Description: Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Become a highly valued Children\'s Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!

Pay rate: £31,917 - £32,540 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

  • Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care.
  • Our young people receive the highest quality residential care and take part in recreational activities tailored to the child\'s interests (e.g., cinema, swimming and sports).
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.

The Role
