Salary: £46,000 per annum (OTE up to £51,400 with Ofsted & Occupancy bonuses)

Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-time)

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE

Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare AND Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards)

Experience Required: 2 Years experience in a supervision role(s) within children\'s residential services

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader, highly organised, and emotionally resilient with a clear understanding of safeguarding and child development. You must have experience in overseeing teams and services in a similar setting, and be confident managing resources and quality standards.
