A training and assessment organisation is seeking a Childcare/Residential Childcare Assessor to deliver engaging training and coaching to apprentices. The role, which is based remotely with an East Midlands remit, requires a minimum of 2 years experience in childcare. Successful candidates will be driven, flexible, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This permanent position offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus a monthly car allowance.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £375 monthly car allowance

Location: Remote with a East Midlands remit
Hours: Full Time
The purpose of this role is to deliver training and coaching to apprentices through current frameworks & new standards with the aim of each learner successfully achieving end point assessment. You will be responsible for delivering quality, engaging and motivational 1-2-1 and group schemes of work to apprentices.
