Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all people related matters
  • Drive our Culture and Transformation Strategy in line with our ambitious growth plans
  • Shape our Talent Strategy including building a future-proof pipeline of talent, succession planning and building a development programme to support
  • Leading an established team of HR and L&D talent
  • This could be where you leave your legacy of really making a difference
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a c-suite HR role within a fast paced, high growth
  • Ideally you will have experience in the Technology sector, within a large corporate/private equity backed environment
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering successful talent strategies to drive organisation growth and development
  • You must hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge with deep expertise in organisational development
  • Experience leading through growth, change and scaling challenges
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
