Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating or delivering tech and platform-based projects.
• Hands-on experience administering or owning HubSpot with workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with or evolving a digital learning ecosystem like an LMS.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to the Business Technology roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead evolution of the learning technology ecosystem to improve learner experience.
• Oversee HubSpot as a unified source across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Deliver technical solutions across cloud, SaaS platforms, and data flows.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across infrastructure and support.
