We are seeking an exceptional commercially astute and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Senior Leadership Team and shape the next phase of our growth.

The Role

As CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the business, ensure robust financial governance, deliver insightful performance analysis, and set direction for sustainable profitability. You will be a key partner to the COO, the Managing Director, and the Board, helping to steer decision-making and position the Group for future opportunities.

• Lead the Group’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
• Drive commercial insight to improve business performance and profitability.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and financial requirements.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the finance team.
• Support M&A, investment, and growth initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as on the dealership floor. You should be commercially astute, strategically minded, and operationally hands-on when needed.

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in a multi-site retail or automotive environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
