HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Be strong business partner the CEO and Executive Committee (ExCo) on all financial, operational and commercial issues. Collaborating with key stakeholders, F&A Division & Group Finance
  • Inspire, provide thought leadership and engage the wider organisation as a member of dunhill's ExCo.
  • Partner closely with the CEO in contributing to and driving company vision, operational strategy and team development to enable the organisation to drive sales growth and EBIT performance. This will be achieved through inspirational leadership, focused pursuit of new commercial and operational opportunities, and execution of rigorous performance and cost management across the business.
  • Provide leadership to dunhill that aligns our business plan and dunhill vision. Enable the organisation to execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing sound judgement, strategic vision, pragmatic solutions and cross-functional leadership.
  • Translate financial & IT, Operations strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth.
  • Ensure financial health, notably by boosting gross margin and by controlling fixed costs.
  • Work with the CEO and ExCo on company-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regards to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
  • Actively contribute thoughts/ideas about the evolution of the Maison's business model.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization. Including but not limited to identifying, developing and executing analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings and key strategic investments.
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Foster a global culture of budget responsibility and performance management across the company, guiding leadership team on financial risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee Finance, IT and Operations including team productivity, building a highly performing team and ensuring clear processes and policies are in line with local regulatory laws and company objectives are met.
  • Continually improve cross-functional communication specifically around Finance, IT and Business Operations, so that the wider company is clear on the company's ongoing performance.
  • Plan, direct and oversee the company's operational polices, rules, whilst ensuring governance and compliance.
  • Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and identifies ways to improve processes.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with partners, stakeholders and employees.
  • Lead HQ & Regional Finance teams, collaborating effectively with Group Finance, taking ultimate accountability and responsibility for the overall finances of the business on a global basis.
  • Ensuring sound day-to-day financial operations and controls globally.
  • Steer timely preparation of financial planning, budgets, forecasts, consolidation & reporting.
  • Reporting (management, board and shareholder, statutory).
  • Controlled cash, treasury and funding management.
  • Effective management of Group tax (direct and indirect) requirements.
  • Full P&L management & responsibility.
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits are fully compliant and secure.
  • Develop appropriate automated financial tools to provide timely reporting.
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Solid years of related working experience and proven success as CFO, Finance Director/VP or relevant role
  • Experience within Luxury / Fashion Industry an advantage.
  • In depth knowledge of fashion model, including OTB, Product Cycles, Distribution model.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Purpose first, ego second: collaborative approach

  • Strong leadership skills, developing and motivating cross functional teams of diverse talent
