As the CEO you'll lead a mission-driven organisation that has been dedicated to transforming young people's lives for over 40 years, ensuring they return to school and thrive.
This charity tackles the fundamental issues leading to poor school attendance and disengagement. These challenges range from poverty and domestic abuse to housing insecurity and parental mental health issues, all of which have been exacerbated by the pandemic and the most severe cost of living crisis in decades. Their practitioners work directly with children, families, and schools to break the cycles of disadvantage.
