Are you a qualified Science Teacher with a specialism in Chemistry looking to work with a secondary school in the High Wycombe area, Buckinghamshire?

Academics Ltd are working with a brilliant school in High Wycombe who are looking to appoint a Science Teacher with a chemistry specialism to join their team from September 2025 on a permanent full-time basis. We are seeking a fully qualified teacher (with QTS) who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management.

This is also a great opportunity for ECTs looking for their first teaching role.

The Role:

Chemistry Teacher Requirements:
  • Degree in Science or a related field
  • Relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS
  • Strong knowledge of the Chemistry curriculum and teaching techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
