You will ensure compliance with food safety standards and dietary requirements, working 37.5 hours per week. Ideal candidates will possess a Vocational Level 3 qualification in catering, Level 2 in Food Safety, and experience in large-scale food production. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef to join our Catering Services team at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.
You will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and meeting diverse dietary needs.
This post is 37.5 hours per week to worked 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
