A leading catering company is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to oversee kitchen operations in Sidcup. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Lead and support a small kitchen team.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality menus using fresh ingredients.
  • Manage food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
  • Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and wastage efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent client and customer relationships.
