Overview

CHEF/HOUSEKEEPER IN EAST SUSSEX - £50k - £60k Save Permanent Live in box: 1315016. On behalf of our private client, we are looking for a Live-out/in Chef/Housekeeper for their newly renovated family home based near Tunbridge Wells, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will be an experienced family chef who will be in charge of planning, ordering, and cooking healthy meals for the whole family as well as cleaning the kitchen. You will be a very organized, professional and friendly individual, who is happy working with the housekeeping team. A driver with own car is ideal; alternatively a working pool car could be arranged if necessary. Ideal candidates will also be confident and comfortable with dogs.

Responsibilities

• Cook for the family, able to follow basic recipes if required
• Prepare meals from scratch using fresh ingredients
• Clean the kitchen and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Organize kitchen drawers and manage kitchen supplies
• Help unload food deliveries and assist with food preparation
• Plan weekly menus
• Assist with day-to-day housekeeping duties as needed

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 gross per year; salaries are negotiable depending on experience and skills
