The Role

WildLand is emerging as a new voice in hospitality. We are continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as our multi-faceted hospitality portfolio expands into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences, while developing our unique food offering at Aldourie castle.

To be a Chef in our team at WildLand is a sought-after experience. Set in stunning locations, with the world-renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, we offer an inspiring work environment and lifestyle that blends tradition and history with contemporary kitchens of the highest specification.

Who you are
  • An ambitious junior chef with a desire to hone your skills in a contemporary, innovative and creative team.
  • Currently a CDP
  • Advantage having an experience in fine dining or high end venue.
  • Someone who responds positively to short notice dining requests and special events.
  • Passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking.
  • A supportive team player who encourages others regardless of whether you join us for a summer or stay and grow with us long term.
