  • High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision.
  • Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service.
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering.
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
  • Support and train junior kitchen staff when required.
