Overview

Longueville Manor is Jersey’s only AA Five Red Star hotel, and the sole member of Relais and Châteaux. Our renowned restaurant also holds 3 AA rosettes. You will work with the kitchen team to prepare food for our 65-cover gastronomic restaurant and private dining room along with room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes in a self-sufficient kitchen where everything is produced in-house.
• Utilise the finest quality ingredients, including fresh local produce from our kitchen garden.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure standards across all service periods (restaurant, private dining, room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks).
