Chef de Partie - Mayfair

We have a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an independent chef/patron—an incredibly talented mentor with a passion for culinary excellence. Alongside a phenomenal Head Chef, they bring over a decade of experience from Michelin-level kitchens to a bold Latin-Mediterranean concept in central London.

The restaurant blends glamour, originality, and precision. Every fixture and furnishing has been hand-selected to create a truly bespoke dining experience across the restaurant, bar, and private dining room.
