• 5 out of 7 days per week various shifts starting from 5 : 00 and finishing at 19 : 30

What you’ll do :

• Assistance with running service / preparation / other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring :

• NVQ lv 2 / 3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menu production and confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
• Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in UK for last 3 years to apply for this position
