A travel services company based in Edinburgh is seeking a customer-focused individual to support their Reservation and Customer Care departments. This role involves check-in at our Edinburgh location, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating private tours. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, adaptability under pressure, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The position offers a dynamic work environment from Wednesday to Sunday, focusing on providing an exceptional experience for all clients. Application closing date is January 19, 2026.
This is a dynamic role where you will be working across two departments, Reservation & Customer Care (RCC) and Private Tours (PVT). In RCC you will assist with check‑in at our Edinburgh departure point. In PVT you'll be responsible for supporting the team ensuring the smooth running of each private tour booking. To excel in this position, you’ll have exceptional customer service and communication skills, be organised and detail‑oriented, and be passionate about travel, building relationships with industry partners and collaborating with others. Your willingness to learn and focus on your own tasks while keeping the bigger picture in mind will also be important.
In this role you'll work five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, 7am – 3pm. The shift pattern is split as follows:
