Overview

Chartered Valuation Surveyor – East London. All levels of experience considered (Senior, Associate Director, Director level). Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office per week, depending on agreement and preferences). Basic salary between £50,000 and £80,000 plus car allowance and a bonus of up to 29% of the agreed net target (figures quoted as approximate by agency).

Role and Responsibilities

Join a long-established Chartered Surveying practice in North London, specialising in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes. You will support the valuation department and, depending on conversation and personal preferences, there is likely scope to get involved with the receivership and property management departments. The firm operates on panels for five major banks plus many challenger banks, with approximately 50% residential and 50% commercial work.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality valuation services for loan security purposes, contributing to client relationships with major banks, and collaborating with internal teams across valuation, receivership, and property management as appropriate to your role and interests.
