Role Overview
  • Lead and manage projects, acting as Contract Administrator or Project Manager.
  • Handle instructions valuing up to £100 million.
  • Provide professional services as required, including dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior staff, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Candidate Profile
  • Be MRICS qualified with a relevant RICS‑accredited degree in building surveying.
  • Have proven experience in delivering project and professional duties within the building consultancy sector.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build and nurture client relationships.
