Overview

The Canal and River Trust maintains and cares for a 2000-mile-long, 200-year-old network of canals, rivers, reservoirs and docks, providing accessible green and blue space where it's needed the most.

Work for the Canal and River Trust in a Charity Fundraiser role to help provide more accessible green and blue spaces for everyone. Immediate Start.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the Canal and River Trust as a Charity Fundraiser.
  • Be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills and enjoy working outside as part of a lively team.
  • Advocate for nature conservation and actively contribute to making a real difference in the community.
Qualifications
  • Passionate, dynamic and driven individuals, with an activist mindset and a commitment to nature conservation.
  • Full training included; no prior experience required.
  • Driver with full access to own vehicle is required due to role locations. Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile.
Details
  • Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 6 hours per day; 3 to 5 days per week (weekends required).
  • Salary: £14.15 – £16.63 per hour; NOT a commission-based role.
  • Start: Immediate Start.
  • Training: Fully paid training provided.
