A prominent healthcare provider in Exeter is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Band 6 Ward Sister / Charge Nurse. This is a fixed term role within a fast-paced medical ward specializing in respiratory conditions. Candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety. Culm Ward is a bedded Respiratory Medical Ward which includes a 5 bedded Respiratory High Dependency Unit. We are a fast paced Medical Ward specialising in a wide range of Respiratory conditions both acute and chronic.
The post holder would work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager on the Ward. You will need to be an expert role model in helping provide Clinical Leadership to the nursing and Multi Disciplinary Team. Working as a Ward Sister / Charge Nurse entails great leadership, communication, innovative ways of working and maintaining patient safety at all times.
An exciting opportunity has arisen on Culm Ward within the management team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our team as a Band 6 Ward Sister / Charge Nurse for a fixed term of 8 months. The successful candidate will need to be engaged and motivated to deliver a high level of patient centred, safe effective care. Previous experience within Respiratory Medicine is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
