A leading transportation company is seeking a Change Management Co-ordinator to support the evolution of change management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing settings, strong project management, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for implementing automated workflows, coordinating change requests, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. As Change Management Co‑ordinator, you’ll support the evolution of our change management processes, from manual principles to automated workflows. You’ll help implement and maintain the automated system, coordinate change requests, and ensure changes are tracked, tested, and communicated effectively across systems and stakeholders. This role bridges operational execution with strategic oversight.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience in manufacturing or production environments. You’ll bring strong project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills, along with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. Familiarity with change management principles and systems like Mod Tracker, Syspro, and SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
