Job summary

A leading employment agency is seeking a Change Manager to drive business transformation across Finance and Procurement. Responsibilities include conducting Change Impact Assessments, developing stakeholder engagement plans, and ensuring continuity post go-live. Candidates must have proven experience in business change and transformation, strong communication skills, and public sector experience. This is a full-time temporary role based in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business change and transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Public sector experience and SAP knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement.
  • Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.
  • Support Target Operating Model design and process workshops.
  • Build and manage a Change Network to embed new ways of working.
  • Ensure continuity and sustain change post go‑live.
