A leading business advisory firm in London is seeking an experienced change communications professional to support their transformation agenda. The role involves crafting strategic communications, influencing leaders, and managing stakeholder relationships. An ideal candidate has expertise in multi-channel communications and project management, with a focus on delivering impactful messaging across the organization. Our Marketing team is the driving force behind the creativity and growth at BDO. Marketing has a broad remit here with the main goal to equip the business to win. Teams cover most touchpoints of the customer journey, including a national advertising campaign, the launch of a new firm‑wide sales planning process, and the implementation of new digital marketing tools. You’ll be based in London and report to the Director of Internal Communications, working closely with Internal Comms Leads and the Business Readiness Lead in the PMO. Excellent stakeholder and people management skills are essential to support partners, operational teams and IC leads.
