A leading defense technology company is seeking a Change Analyst to support a global ERP implementation at its Farnborough site. The role involves developing communications, managing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to change management activities. Ideal candidates should have strong writing skills and some experience in organizational change management. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in work hours and locations, alongside the opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects.
As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring impacted teams of our global ERP implementation understand the upcoming changes, feel supported through transition, and are ready for new ways of working. This role is responsible for producing clear and engaging communication, contributing to change management activities, and helping maintain strong links between the programme and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

This role is 37 hours per week based in Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available.
