A leading community services provider in Hounslow seeks a Custody Support Worker to provide motivational support and guidance to participants in a correctional setting. The successful candidate will help overcome obstacles to maintaining engagement and facilitate pre-release preparations for smooth community reintegration. Experience in probation or social care is preferred. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 and various benefits, including annual leave and a healthcare cash plan.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team.
You'll be required to carry out tasks for a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with the first engagement and evaluation.
Participants will receive motivational support and guidance to help them stay engaged throughout their sentence. You will provide both group work and one-on-one interventions to help participants overcome obstacles and reintegrate into their communities, including facilitating efficient pre-release preparations for seamless community integration.
Our successful candidate will ideally have experience in probation/social care or within the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring effectively.

IAG Level 3 - desirable
Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
Knowledge of electronic data management and experience in target-driven environments
