The Role

As our Centre Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll lead a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help shape the future of our centre as we continue to grow. Think of yourself as a mix between a team captain, operations wizard, and community cheerleader.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health & safety
  • Inspire, lead, and support an awesome team
  • Maintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibe
  • Organise events, workshops, and competitions
  • Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performance
  • Help drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideas
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
  • Have experience in team leadership or management (bonus if it’s in the leisure or climbing sector!)
  • Love climbing or the outdoors and want to share that passion with others
  • Are organised, proactive, and great with people
  • Thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment
