Qualifications

• Proven experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Knowledge of systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, Paxton, Gallagher.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, etc.).
• ECS/CSCS card is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding CCTV and access control systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently.
• Carrying out installations, upgrades, and system expansions.
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Up To £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Company Vehicle (Personal Use)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of systems while delivering outstanding service to a portfolio of blue‑chip clients.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding CCTV and access control systems
• Diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently
• Carrying out installations, upgrades, and system expansions
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and industry standards
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Knowledge of systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, Paxton, Gallagher, or similar (desirable)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, etc.)
• ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
