North London Priory is looking to recruit a CBT Therapist to join the team. This is a full-time role/ 37.5 hours. Located in London, in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, Priory Hospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listed building, overlooking beautiful parklands. It is one of the UK's leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, with a history dating back to 1986.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The ideal candidate will be a fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP (or eligible for accreditation) and possess a postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. They should have experience delivering CBT interventions for a range of common mental health difficulties. Strong clinical formulation skills, the ability to manage a varied caseload, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
