Job summary

A leading NHS Foundation Trust in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Catholic Chaplain to join their Chaplaincy team. In this role, you will provide spiritual, pastoral, and religious care for patients, families, and staff, while managing your own diverse caseload. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues of all faiths and contribute to the growth of the Chaplaincy Department. Qualifications

  • Experience providing spiritual care in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual care for patients and families.
  • Manage your own caseload of diverse individuals.
  • Contribute to the Chaplaincy Department's growth.
  • Take part in projects directed by the Lead Chaplain.
  • Serve as a resource for spiritual and ethical guidance.
  • Provide one-to-one and group pastoral support.
  • Respond to people in crisis with compassion.
  • Adapt approaches for patients with mental health needs.
