Come and join us at Swansea.com stadium for our 24/25 & 25/26 football season!

We are looking for Catering Team Leaders to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium in one of our Food Outlets. This is a rewarding role in the events industry.

Working Hours

Shifts are typically 6-7 hours long, for all home fixtures at Swansea.com stadium. Opportunities also exist to work across other venues in the local area such as Cardiff City FC and the Principality Stadium, and further afield if desired.

Role responsibilities - Daily tasks may include:

  • Supervision of a busy Food Outlet and team, delegating responsibilities accordingly
  • Delivering effective staff briefings and good communication
  • Overseeing food preparation, including hot dogs, pies, chips, burgers, etc.
  • Being well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Ensuring allergen information is ready and available
  • Assisting with staff training and development to maintain high standards
  • Resolving customer service complaints promptly
  • Administering refunds correctly
  • Completing match day paperwork using paperless software

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in Catering/Fast-food sector with Food Service and Production
  • Experience with Self Ordering Units (SOU) is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
  • Empathic and understanding of others
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
