A local government council in Scotland is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee educational catering services at Dalkeith High School. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of food hygiene, and IT skills. This permanent, full-time position requires working 36 hours per week with a salary starting at £27,117.25 per annum.
