A leading facilities management company is seeking a Catering Supervisor in East Kilbride to oversee the Costa Coffee operation within an NHS hospital. This role involves supporting daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in a supervisory role within food service. Flexible working hours will be required, including shifts on weekends and evenings.

The purpose of this role is to support the Retail Catering Manager in delivering a high‑performing and fully compliant Costa Coffee operation within an NHS hospital environment.
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is consistently provided and that all operational standards are maintained.
The role also involves leading and motivating the team to achieve high levels of performance. In addition, the Supervisor must ensure full compliance with all health, safety, food hygiene, and contractual requirements set out in the PFI agreement.
This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare setting.
Shift‑based working, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Work in a high‑footfall environment serving hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
Adhere to NHS site requirements, including infection control, hygiene, and security protocols.
