Catering Service Assistant

We're looking for a hands‑on and enthusiastic Catering Service Assistant to join our team at The Create Centre, located in Bristol's city centre. This dual role supports both front and back of house operations, helping to deliver a great lunch service to our clients.

What you'll do:

• Support food production in the kitchen including sandwiches, toasties, pasties, jacket potatoes and more.
• Assist with front of house service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for customers.
• Follow all health, safety and profit protection procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to a clean, organised working environment.
• Work independently with guidance, showing initiative and a can‑do attitude.
• Be passionate about food and customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work alone when needed.
• A team player with a positive approach.
• Keen to learn – full training will be provided.

Details:

• 20 hours per week, across 3 days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• Shift times: 7.30am to 3.00pm.
• Free parking available onsite.
• City centre location with good transport links.
