A leading care provider in Southampton is seeking a friendly Catering Assistant to prepare and serve meals in a dementia care home. This role requires sensitivity and a genuine desire to create a positive dining experience. Candidates should have catering experience, knowledge of food safety, and an understanding of dementia. The position offers excellent training and personal development opportunities within a supportive environment.
20 hours per week.
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our warm and caring team. Working in a dementia care home, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and serving nutritious meals that support our residents’ health and wellbeing. This position requires sensitivity, patience, and a genuine desire to make mealtimes an enjoyable and comforting part of each resident’s day.
